  • You’ll be billed for your full subscription amount at the beginning of each billing cycle. Reconciliation for additional units occurs at the end of the month.
  • Billing for additional products and services such as boxes, bundles, etc. will be billed at the end of each month.
  • Per unit pricing for the selected tier will apply to ALL units, even those that exceed the minimum number of units
  • Customers will not be automatically changed to a different plan in the middle of a subscription cycle.
  • Services subject to pricing in addition to the standard prep fee include the following. See our FAQs for more details.
    • Fragile/Bubble wrap
    • Oversized/overweight
    • Carton forwarding
    • Returns
    • Pallets, boxes (we reuse boxes whenever possible), other dunnage
    • Per pallet storage beyond 14 days
